The Loughborough Estate Tenants and Residents Association is organising a film showing on homelessness this Sunday 13th October

FILM SCREENINGS & DISCUSSION on Housing & Homelessness
Sunday 13th October, 4pm to 8pm
Sunshine International Arts Cafe, 209A Coldharbour Lane, SW9 8RU
(across the road from Loughborough Junction station)

‘The Barrier Block’ (30mins) Intro by film-maker, Tuuli Manninen, and residents of Southwyck House

‘Doorways to Dignity’ (15mins) Intro by Jack Tafari, one of the founders of Dignity Village, a Tent City established by homeless people in Portland Oregon

Come along for the films; for great food; to network with local housing activists; and get info from organisations such as Unite Community who give support on problems with housing, eviction, bedroom tax, benefit cuts etc.
